This is an early song in which Thin Ice performs a little bit of our own twist on a Tower of Power type of groove and vocal chorus. The lyric is another typically personal and surprisingly insightful one by Frank Hanson considering that he was only about 18 when he wrote it. It is a sermon about the dangers of not taking our lives seriously enough and the importance of taking responsibility for our own actions and fate. Both solid bass and drums as well as strong, punchy horn parts complement the arrangement.
