From the recording Anthology
One of Thin Ice's earliest songs and one that is dominated throughout by three part vocal harmony. The group clearly desired to test their vocal skills by including all of the voices of the three vocalists singing the melody together. Since our concept of ensemble vocal harmonization at the time was limited to the simple stacking of triads, the result is a "barbershop" type harmony. This approach also contributes to the peppy, upbeat nature of the song. The message and effect of the song is generally catchy and positive despite the obviously contrived and simplistic arrangement.
